Racquel Hilbert
Humboldt-Watrous
Racquel was first elected MLA for Humboldt-Watrous in the 2024 provincial election.
She is a co-founder of a company based in Humboldt which works provincially and inter-provincially to provide water solutions for municipalities, agricultural, domestic and industrial applications. Previously, she worked as a special education teacher for over 20 years.
Racquel received her Bachelor of Education from the University of Saskatchewan in 2003 and went on to earn a postgraduate degree in Psychology and Special Education. In 2023, she completed the Civil Engineering Water Resources Technician Program from Saskatchewan Polytechnic. She received an Associate in Civil Engineering Water Resources in 2024.
She has volunteered her time on the board of the Saskatchewan Groundwater Association and the Canadian Water Resources Association.
She currently serves on the Treasury Board, Intergovernmental Affairs and Justice Committee, Irrigation Committee and as Caucus Deputy Chair.
Born and raised in Humboldt, Racquel lives with her husband and four children.
