Kim Gartner
Kindersley-Biggar
Kim was first elected MLA for Kindersley-Biggar in the 2024 provincial election.
Kim has 35 years of experience in municipal administration, having supported local, regional and provincial initiatives. Kim served as the chief administrative officer for the town of Macklin for 30 years and is a former president of the Urban Administrators Association of Saskatchewan. He has also served as a school trustee for the Living Sky School Division.
Beyond his professional career, Kim has been an active volunteer with numerous community organizations, including serving as the event coordinator for the World Bunnock Championship.
Kim was born and raised on a family farm just east of Macklin. He and his wife have four children and five granddaughters.
