Everett Hindley
Swift Current
Everett Hindley was first elected as the MLA for Swift Current in a 2018 by-election and was re-elected in the 2020 and 2024 provincial elections. Everett grew up on a family farm near Melfort before moving to Swift Current in 1996.
Everett has previously served as Minister of Health and Minister of Mental Health and Addictions, Seniors and Rural and Remote Health. He has also served as Government Whip, Legislative Secretary to the Minister of Trade and Export Development, and a member of the Saskatchewan Public Safety Agency Board, the SaskBuilds and Procurement Board and the Board of Internal Economy.
Everett currently serves as Minister of Education.
He is a member of his local branch of the Royal Canadian Legion and the Kiwanis Club of Swift Current.
Everett and his partner Erin and their family make their home in Swift Current.
